Art Strategies' principal, Mindy Taylor Ross, curated and produced the presentation of eleven multi-media installations in the public realm by Julian Opie, six of which were commissioned specifically for this show. The project was created for the Arts Council of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Cultural Development Commission. This was the largest public project completed by that artist.
